What are the sizes of banners?
Banner ads can come in any size you want, however the accepted standard is 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels high. Due to the widespread acceptance of this size, the same banner ad can be used on most websites without having to reconfigure the size and layout.

Can I get a special size banner?
Standard sizes are specified and are the most commonly used. Specify in the order form if you need another size which is not listed.
Can I email you an image to add to the banner?
Yes you can but it must be submitted at the time of order.
We accept images in the GIF and JPEG format. We will accept animated images in the GIF 89a format, either in single or infinite animation loops. GIF images must contain no more than 256 colors.
I need my banner urgently, can you do handle that? Rush jobs for banners are handled at an additional 50-100% fee.
I don’t have any idea on what kind of banner I should make, can we discuss the design? Sure, our team of experts would love to discuss with you and help you decide the kind of banner that suits your needs the best; be it size, format, colors, images or text.

We email a proof (color picture) for you to approve before finalising. You can okay it and we will proceed further or you can suggest on its improvements and we will do the best we can to satisfy you.
What if I do not like the banner after viewing?
If you do not like your banner, you can reply our proof email and request the changes. A second preview email will be sent. Once you are satisfied with your order and have confirmed the , your graphics will be sent to the email address used at the time of order.

I've downloaded my banner. How do I put it on the web?
Contact your ISP for detailed instructions on 'uploading files' to the ISP web-server. You may be using a program called "FTP" (on PCs) or "Fetch" (on Macs), or a web-page on their system which allows you to upload files
Can I put my banner into my email message?
Sure you can but only for email programs that interpret and display HTML. First download your banner to your own file space. Then put the HTML into your email
